Our Design Process
We offer a FREE consultation to help realize your dream design. Request a quote and a member of our team will get in touch!
Once you are ready to get started and the down payment has been made, a professional jewelry designer will set out to create the ring in CAD-CAM software.

Once the design is ready, we will email you multi-angled renderings for approval. At this point if there are any requested changes, they will be made, and new CAD renderings will be sent for approval. This way we ensure the finished ring design is exactly what you are desiring.

The initial design process typically takes 2-4 business days

We offer a flexible payment option with a down payment (50% deposit) per ring

90% of custom orders are approved by our customers by the 2nd set of edited CAD renderings

For CAD only consultations there is a $50 fee
Once approved and the remaining balance is paid, it typically takes about 2 - 3 weeks to create the mold, cast, set stones, and polish the ring. Unfortunately, there is no rush service offered for full custom designs or custom cut diamonds.
